The Sport Loft Team
The son of two ski instructors, Jeremy began skiing at the age of 5. For the past 14 seasons, he has fit boots at The Sport Loft. Jeremy has studied bio mechanics and orthotics in Voiron France and continually updates his training. He has expanded bio mechanical alignment and orthotic services to include hiking, running, biking and adventure sports. Sharing his passion for “FUN” in the mountains always leaves Jeremy and his customers with a smile.
A skier since the age of 6, Earl taught skiing for Alta's Alf Engen Ski School from 1967 through 1978. He remembers skiing Snowbird before it was Snowbird, at times when he tired of crossing his own tracks at Alta. Earl's boot fitting expertise has made countless feet happier throughout his more than 46 years in the business; his personal touch and superb sense of customer service set Earl apart.
Jeremy's wife, Lindsey manages the books and makes sure everything is ship shape. Lindsey’s favorite days on the slopes include her sons, sun and slush. Yep your read right, spring is the best time of the year according to Lindsey. Her smile is infectious and we know you’ll enjoy working with her.
Derek is a Boise native who simply loves skiing. From coaching kids on the race hill to free-ride competitions, many kids ski today because Derek shared his passion for the sport. In 2012 Derek joined The Sport Loft team. His future plans are skiing focused and we expect Derek to raise the level of boot fitting to new heights with his youth and enthusiasm for the sport. As the snow melts you find Derek floating rivers he loves while being a world class river guide in Moab Utah.
Bonnie has been hooked on skiing since age 5! She's always been passionate about helping people enjoy life, spending thirty years pursuing that goal. She realized The Sport Loft is a natural fit after experiencing Earl and Jeremy's personal service. In off hours, Bonnie enjoys spending time with husband Bob and her 2 Labs, making jewelry and practicing photography.
Bryson was introduced to skiing as a four year old. He began skiing in the backcountry at age eleven. Early morning tours after fresh snow fall is what Bryson lives for. Skiing has allowed him to make friends which is where we first meant Bryson on an early morning dawn patrol in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Bryson positive attitude make a great addition to our team.
Lady is in attendance most days, except Saturdays. Consistently voted employee of the day, week and month.
